He isn’t her father but these people in paternity really need to hold their mothers res.ponsible for their pro.miscuous ways. Your mom raised you, but she did lie to you and then the moms don’t even show up. I get that they raised you, but it makes sense when these men have so much do.ubt because nine times out of ten, the mothers are sleeping around. Maybe she can do some sort of ancestry DNA test and that can be a way how she might find her biological dad.
